To ensure your payment security CarDecor.com uses PayPal to process all payments, however, you do not need a PayPal account to complete your order. Accepted payment methods include PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express. You may safely enter your credit card information or PayPal account information and your payment will be processed securely by PayPal. Shipping Policy
Your CarDecor.com order will be shipped via USPS, United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are calculated based on the total weight of your order. We make every effort to accurately calculate your shipping cost based on the USPS price schedule. During the check out process you will have the option of selecting Parcel Post (3-9 days), Priority (2-3 days) or Express (1-2 days). A flat handling fee of $1.50 will be added to all orders greater than $10.00.

Return Policy
If you are not completely satisfied with your CarDecor.com purchase you may return any item(s) within 30 days of the purchase date. Place the item back in the original shipping carton. Sales Tax
Sales tax is charged only on orders from customers in the state of Wisconsin (5.5%). The sales tax will be automatically computed on your on-line order form.

License Plates and Frames
License Plates are novelty items that can be used as a decoration in a variety of ways. If you live in a state that does not require a front State License Plate you may use your decorative plate on the front of your car. Adding a decorative license plate to the front of your vehicle may require an additional bracket and screws. These parts vary by manufacturer and we recommend you consult your local car dealership or auto part store to fit your car properly.
If your state requires both a front and back State License Plate you can still add a little décor to your car with a License Plate Frame that creates a decorative border around your state plate. In most cases you can use the existing screws holding the state plate to install a frame. States requiring only 1 back plate include Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Indiana, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Michigan, Mississippi, New Mexico, North Carolina, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee and West Virginia.
Rear View Mirror Ornaments
Rear view mirror ornaments are a great way to add your personal style to your car. We want to caution you on the use of any item you hang from your rear view mirror. Make sure the object does not obstruct the driver’s vision. Also, some jurisdictions prohibit the use of any rear view mirror ornaments.
